NetSapiens (News - Alert), a company that offers drop-in replacement platform for legacy IP telephony and class 5 feature servers, recently announced that its SNAPsolution was selected by Ayersville Telephone Company, an Independent Operating Company (IOC), to make a change in its VoIP infrastructure.

NetSapiens claims that SNAPSolution is a flexible, ROI maximizing, all in one application enabling environment available. NetSapiens SNAPsolution combines the required mix of expertise and technology that enable our Customers to quickly deploy services for increased ROI. At the center of every NetSapiens SNAPsolution is a multimedia software core that, combined with customer specific deployment expertise, tools, and services, allows the customers to offer features such as: internet phone systems, web-based voice mail, web-conferencing, virtual office phone systems, pre-paid calling cards, calling trees, automated attendants, time and date based call handling, web click-to-call, distributed call centers, and more.

Recently, NetSapiens' SNAPsolution was selected by Nexogy, a cloud-based business communications provider. Nexogy will leverage NetSapiens’ solution to manage and control an evolving suite of customer solutions for its hosted phone system. One of the reasons, Nexogy decided to switch to NetSapiens' SNAPsolution was NetSapien's customer-oriented approach that enables it to quickly adapt to its clients' needs.

“After several months of carefully analyzing potential vendors, we ultimately chose NetSapiens as our applications software solution. They offer us the best opportunity for long-term success in the telecom environment, helping Ayersville Telephone Company to maintain a competitively priced network,” said Phil Maag, General Manager of Ayersville Telephone Company. “In my view, the writing is on the wall. Any IOC who fails to take proactive steps now to confront this rapidly evolving and highly competitive market will not survive.”
