Speedflow Communications has unveiled its Class 5 Softswitch CallMax solution, and will showcase the newly-released VoIP software solution at next week’s ITEXPO East 2011, taking place Wednesday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 4, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

CallMax, a calling card platform for re-selling VoIP services, provides a variety of benefits to VoIP companies that provide services to pre-paid end users, and is a platform widely used by corporate networks and call shops across the globe.

A proprietary Linux-based solution, the next-generation Softswitch CallMax provides subscribers a flexible and convenient user-tree, multi-level role-based functionality, a feature-rich Web interface with multi-language capability, as well as regular, free updates and around-the-clock technical support.

Speedflow’s CallMax solution provides end users, corporate networks and call shops with several features, including support of an unlimited number of client groups, subscriber authorization, a generated individual price list for every customer on request, a complete report on all successful calls as well as financial reporting and profitability monitoring for designated periods, built-in PIN codes to generate modules for customers accounts, landline and mobile calls processing, customer system access via a Web interface for statistics and balance details, and more.

With the next-generation solution, users will benefit from services including a calling card platform, call shop, residential and hosted IP PBX (News - Alert), SIP trunking, DID-numbers support, a multi-level IVR menu and more. In addition, the advanced billing tools within the CallMax solution deliver absolute and individual credit balance.

Speedflow Communications recently released the newest edition of its Mediacore softswitch, which comes packed with additional features such as Price List Upload, additional invoice generation options, an optimized h232 protocol and a SIP authentication tool.
