Telcentris Enhances White Label VoIP Portfolio with Two New Solutions

By Rajani Baburajan, TMCnet Contributor

Telcentris, a provider of unified communications solutions, announced it has enhanced the white label Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) portfolio from a single, entrance-level package to a three-solution suite.

With the addition of two new offerings – WL2 and WL3—Telcentris’ (News - Alert) new portfolio provides customers with unprecedented control over their private-labeled telecommunications offerings, company officials said.

The announcement was made at the Channel Partners Conference & Expo.

With this announcement, Telcentris now has three white label packages that enable customers to private-brand SIP trunking, hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert) solutions, carrier services, SMS, callback services and residential landline replacement at wholesale prices.

WL, the original turnkey, managed VoIP enablement solution, was launched in December 2010. The service includes a number of pre-packaged VoIP products and services ready for private labeling in a matter of days.

WL2, the new offering, also grants the customer API access and more control over functionality, interfaces, troubleshooting and product pricing. WL2 offers all of the original white label solution's features and services, and also adds advanced features including user access level management and personal DID inventory.

WL3 takes white labeling to the next level of customization and scalability. The solution offers full access to Telcentris' underlying technology platform, enabling customers to add direct carrier interconnections, leverage oversubscription, create products and resellers, and access carrier-grade Least Cost Routing (LCR).

The new suite of white label products addresses a number of customer requests and caters to a wide variety of audiences, ranging from resellers, MLMs and entrepreneurs interested in entering the VoIP market.

The service is also useful for MSOs, MSPs, ITSPs and traditional phone companies (ILECs, CLECs, IXCs) seeking to add VoIP to their business services, company officials said.

Additionally, the company is offering these white label solutions through its Channel Partner (News - Alert) Program, making the company among the first to offer a comprehensive white label VoIP portfolio to channel partners.

“The launch of our first white label VoIP offering in December of 2010 garnered an impressive amount of customer and partner interest as well as requests for additional capabilities and services,” said Tad Nikolich (News - Alert), director of sales at Telcentris, in a statement. “Due to this positive response, we've expanded our white label offerings to meet customer demand.”

Telcentris' white label solutions start at $5,000 for initial set-up.

Recently, the company announced VoxOx (News - Alert) In Business, a division for its Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) offerings. The new division includes Telcentris' existing SMB solutions including SIP trunking, hosted IP-PBX, data services, among other things.
