Fitbit Charge: This is the new and improved Fitbit Force. It comes with better features, better design and more all-day wearability. Fitbit Charge is the basic activity tracker- it is water proof, it tracks steps, and measure users sleep quality. Along with these features it also has Caller ID that can be used with iOS, Android (News - Alert) or Windows software. It has a seven day battery life and features a new vibrating alarm. It is the most basic of the three new devices and is already available online.

Fitbit Charge HR: This product has all of the features of Fibit Charge with the addition of features that people have been begging for. Charge HR provides day and night heart monitoring. Charge HR promises five days of battery life for continuous tracking of user’s heart rates, a feature that most fitness bands do not offer. This product is designed for the more active user, who wants a more extensive read of their health. Along with heart monitoring, with Charge HR users receive accurate calorie burn, for more than just walking and running, it can extend to stationary biking, skiing, yoga and more.

Fibit Surge: The biggest and most expensive Fitbit product is this new “fitness super watch”.  It is the most advance fitness tracker to date, it contains 8- sensor technology that is ideal for users who are dedicated to health and fitness and are seeking to maximize their progress. It has GPS, Caller ID, text alerts and music control, along with all of the features included in the Fitbit Charge, and Charge HR. This product seems to be aimed at runners with its GPS technology, gyroscope and digital compass.

Fitbit Charge HR and Fitbit surge will be available in 2015. While Fitbit Charge is the most simple and affordable, it would seem Fitbit Charge HR will be the update current fitness band users are looking for.
