Gold will be focussing on the current and future trends in voice, video, and web conferencing, as well as TeleSpan's pick of companies that will "hit the wall" or companies that will likely be picked up in consolidations in the next two years. Gold will also be reviewing each of his predictions from 2010, giving them a thumbs-up or thumbs-down. Attendees will be free to pose questions on the TeleSpan’s forecasts as well as the conference market.

Gold has had 71 percent accuracy in making predictions, as was seen in the average outcome of the predictions. Since the year 1996 he has made 150 predictions, and 106 predictions have been proven to be accurate earning him the highest average in the industry. This has led to the TeleSpan being considered by the leading industry analysts as the most widely quoted and authoritative source in teleconferencing in the past 25 years with its “Here’s what I think” commentaries.
