Company officials said that InQuira for Web Self Service will allow Zebra to deliver customized and accurate results to partner queries initiated on its website any time of the day.

"Zebra serves customers across the globe and our ISV partners are an important extension of our business," said Don O'Shea, CIO of Zebra Technologies (News - Alert) Corporation, in a statement.
O'Shea said that prior to working with InQuira, the company recognized a challenge in delivering fast, accurate answers to the partner channel.
He said that Zebra selected InQuira for its best practice methodologies, strength in CRM partnerships, and proven success in providing a superior online partner service experience.
According to company officials, InQuira provided Zebra with a ready-made solution that easily integrated with the company's existing Oracle (News - Alert) CRM product.
The integrated solution will enable ISV engineers to quickly get up-to-speed on new products, and effectively refine and manage knowledge across the company.
“We realized companies like Zebra depend on their existing technologies like Oracle's CRM solution to deliver a differentiating customer experience. InQuira's technology is a crucial part in delivering that experience”, said Mike Murphy, CEO of InQuira, in a statement.
“With the company’s integrated best-of-breed partner products, we were able to easily incorporate our solution with Zebra's existing CRM infrastructure providing valuable new functionality," said Murphy.
