AdMarvel, a trusted name in mobile advertising, collaborated with Verizon (News - Alert) Wireless to deliver a comprehensive mobile advertising solution for Verizon Developer community. In a recent press release, the company announced that the solution will be distributed via Verizon's VCAST App storefront.
AdMarvel said that the developers for Android (News - Alert) and BlackBerry operating systems will also benefit from the solution; as part of this solution, software developer kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) are provided by the company to developers for Android and BlackBerry (News - Alert) operating systems.
The solution is designed to offer the developers unique capability so that they can integrate advertising into their applications. According to AdMarvel, this platform will enable developers and publishers to source and serve their own advertising, including house ads, to cross-promote and cross-sell their applications.
Also advertising campaigns from leading ad networks in the United States have been integrated into the solution and are ready for deployment, including Go2 Media, Greystripe, InMobi, Jumptap, Mobile Theory, Mojiva, and Where.
“We are very pleased to launch this solution for VDC developers and look forward to helping them monetize their new VCASTapplications. Our focus is on helping developers to easily incorporate advertising into their applications and provide them with sophisticated tools to help them analyze and optimize their bottom line. We are most excited about delivering an open and extensible platform which provides a scalable growth path as usage and volume expands,” said Mahi de Silva, CEO of AdMarvel, in a statement.
The officials for Glu Games, one of the users of AdMarvel platform reportedly expressed their satisfaction over the solution that according to the company brought about dramatic improvement in the company’s ad-management capabilities. “We've been using the AdMarvel platform, and it's dramatically improved our ability to manage advertising and monetization across our properties for mobile applications. We look forward to harnessing the new capabilities around the VDC to drive innovative and engaging advertising around our world-renowned games across Verizon's mobile devices,” said Adam Flanders, general manager for Glu Games, in a statement.
