Intro to ITEXPO: Mobile Solutions, the Aspect Way

Aspect’s Director of Product Marketing, Michael Kropidlowski and his vast experience in customer service, technical and sales training will be joining two sessions at next week’s ITEXPO at the Rio in Las Vegas from Aug  11-14.  Kropidlowski’s sessions include “Using Technology Investment to Put the Customer First” (8/12/14 2:15pm) and “Multimodal Customer Engagement: Because All Your Customers Aren't the Same” (8/13/14 9:00am).

The business world is growing in mobility; Kropidlowski told TMC (News - Alert) “As a company, Aspect has experienced firsthand the increased productivity that comes from mobility. Every Aspect employee has access to all Aspect team members and has an understanding of their availability.”  Aspect’s mobile productivity is being illustrated in its offerings—with the largest impact coming from its Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync Technology. 

Kropidlowski proclaims, “Working from home, the office or while traveling is a seamless experience. The same phone, chat, conference, file sharing, screen sharing capabilities that we have on our desktops are on our mobile devices.”  Aspect creates its offering with its own collaboration in mind, making something for its clients that it would gladly use.

Aspect’s newly found mobility has impacted the way it interacts with its customers, for the better.  All of Aspect’s customer-facing sites are optimized for mobile; Kropidlowski touts Aspect’s Customer Experience (ACE) as, “a smooth experience” because its mobile apps are built on Aspect’s CXP Platform. Its customer interaction also extends to social media—easily sharing multimedia content.

Many companies are making a transition to the cloud, Aspect is no different.  Cloud adoption is paying huge dividends for the optimizations specialists, as Kropidlowski illustrates “A move to the cloud lowers IT costs, provides easier access to upgrades, and the ability for users to login to their account from any location or device.”  Aspect uses 18 cloud vendors and is exploring expansion. 

Cloud solutions allow Aspect to offer a, “scalable solution that's flexible enough to quickly adapt as business needs change. “ Aspect is moving at the speed of business growth, only time will tell the solution provider’s ceiling.
