EzySoft Developments releases Ezy Invoice 13

It supports US state sales taxes, Canadian GST (News - Alert)/PST/HST taxes, the GST tax systems in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, the VAT system in the UK, South Africa, and India, and other tax systems.

The inventory function tracks stock movement by maintaining a list of stock on hand and providing immediate access to inventory and customer history. The reporting mechanism on Ezy Invoice 13 gives the user multiple options for creating customized reports.

The sales report and analysis tools give detailed information for viewing sales/debtors for single, multiple or all of the customers. Different periods of the year can be accessed to view trends and compare performance for monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or yearly reports. The information can be presented in a graphical bar chart format.

Debts can be managed with the Aging Report tool. It provides a list of all outstanding invoices and credit/debit memo indicating how long the debt has been delinquent. Statement can be sent to customers with different frequency depending on the length of the outstanding debt.
