Radian6 Integrates Social CRM and Web Analytics

Radian6, a company that helps its clients understand how well their products and services are being received across the Internet, has announced the extension of its platform to equip team members with deep social media listening and measurement capabilities. These new tools can be used within the tools they already use, Radian6 said.

Radian6 keeps track of blogs and comments to multimedia, boards and forums and communities like Twitter to gather the information about products and services. Companies can now analyze, manage, track, and report on their social media monitoring and engagement efforts with the help of Radian6 solutions.
The new features in the extended platform have been developed on their platform API and Social Metrics Framework for integrating third-party data. The company now supports the integration of social customer relationship management (CRM), Web analytics, and other enterprise systems.
“The Radian6 platform can now help businesses understand, on a global level, what kind of impact and resonance their social media content has online, how it's driving website traffic and sales, and how their customer and prospect base behaves," said Marcel Lebrun, CEO of Radian6, in a statement. "Connecting the dots between Web analytics, CRM, and social media measurement brings significant clarity and insight to an enterprise's social media ROI equation.”
On this occasion, the company is also announcing the availability of the Radian6 and (News - Alert) Social CRM integration. This provides advantages such as more relevant information about their customers, real-time listening of online conversations, and integrated view of their entire case and conversation history.
To help define its Social CRM strategy and product capabilities, Radian6 has worked with a variety of its valued enterprise customers, including Comcast (News - Alert).
Recently, Draftfcb has announced that is has partnered with Radian6 Technologies to more closely observe conversations in the social media space for its clients. The agency’s San Francisco, Calif. office will be among the first of the agency’s offices to utilize Radian6’s capabilities. Radian6 provides an automated solution to monitor and analyze a variety of social media tools.
