NTT Communications Corporation, a Japan-based ICT solution provider, and ExactTarget, a global interactive marketing provider, have jointly introduced CoTweet by ExactTarget in the Japanese market.
CoTweet offers an enterprise social media management platform for businesses to communicate with customers in Japanese on Twitter and Facebook.
A strategic partnership between ExactTarget and NTT (News - Alert) Com led to the availability of CoTweet’s enterprise Twitter and Facebook management, engagement and measurement application available in Japan.
“CoTweet has become the global standard for enterprise social media management by providing corporations a scalable solution to efficiently manage and engage with consumers on Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert),” said Scott Dorsey, co-founder and chief executive officer of ExactTarget, in a press release. “The strategic partnership between NTT Com and ExactTarget brings the power of CoTweet to the Japanese market to help organizations across the region better serve their fans and followers online.”
Enterprise customers around the globe, including Coca-Cola, Ford, McDonald’s, Toyota, Microsoft, Salesforce.com, Honda (News - Alert) and Whole Foods, trust CoTweet, which enables them to publish updates from multiple Twitter and Facebook accounts, collaborate on responses, track and measure engagement, and analyze campaign results. Full access to the application’s enterprise functionality, including advanced analytics, workgroups and assignment features, is provided by the jointly launched Japanese CoTweet product.
