New Photographers Burning Factory Launches Mobile Video Editing App

New Photographers Burning Factory recently announced that it was launching V.I.K.T.O.R.,  the company’s latest iPhone (News - Alert) movie making and sharing application. V.I.K.T.O.R. has been designed to automatically and instantly edit videos on the iPhone. These video clips can be edited by cutting and mixing them so that they can be turned into a short movie and coinciding soundtrack.

The app is receiving a lot of attention and is currently being featured in the top 25 apps in U.S. AppStore, under the "Photo & Video" category. The app is also being featured in 15 local AppStores all over the world.

In a release, Eugenia Bogdanovich from New Photographers Burning Factory said, "Many artists should love this kind of promotion of their singles or beautiful but unknown pieces. V.I.K.T.O.R. could be a great tool for them to be heard. We specify the author of each composition in our themes' end titles."

Some of the key features that help V.I.K.T.O.R. stand apart from other editing apps out there include an instant and automatic moviemaking feature where users can preview the movie right after they shoot it. Users also don't need to upload videos on a remote server since the app gives a professional movie appearance. Each editing script, or the "theme," has been worked by professionals in video editing while mobile clips are rhythmically synchronized into a soundtrack that makes 20 sec, 1 or 2 min. movies.

The apps freemium model provides a free app with the addition of some in-app purchases such as creating an unlimited number of movie versions out of the same footage. The three levels include automatic (random choice of footage), semiautomatic (manual selection of videos) and controlled (sorting out videos by type of shots).

The app is currently available for iPhone users and the company has plans to release an app for Android (News - Alert), MacOS and other platforms as well. The app is available for free and can be downloaded from the iTunes Store.
