Tensoft, a company specializing in business management applications, is committed to helping its customers to track, realize and utilize their revenue with the help of its ERP solutions. The company recently inked a partnership agreement with CoCENTRIX, a behavioral health software company.

Having complex enterprise software and services agreements for state agencies and community providers, CoCENTRIX was looking for a solution that could handle dynamic contract management and revenue sub-ledger activities. Through this partnership with Tensoft, the company has deployed Tensoft’s ERP solutions - Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics GP.

"We found the Tensoft Billing and Revenue Management applications to be an optimal fit, giving us the tools and reporting capabilities to support our compliance processes, including VSOE and SOP 97-2 determination, application and recognition," Jason Ochipa, chief financial officer of CoCENTRIX, said in a statement.

Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management is designed for software and other high tech companies that have highly complex revenue and/or billing needs. The RCM family of products brings together the specific revenue recognition, recurring billing and contract management functionality. All of Tensoft’s products integrate directly with Microsoft Dynamics GP to ensure that business runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 

Back in July 2013, Tensoft released version 6.0 of its Tensoft Revenue Cycle Management application suite. RCM 6.0 includes updates and enhancements that address industry-specific customer requests and market-driven enhancements which will especially benefit software companies and technology companies that have a software component.
