Open ERP, an Open Source management software solution, is reportedly offering a new service offer - Odoo, the On demand ERP solution.
Odoo is a Software- as-a-Service offer from Open ERP, which is said to offer an access to end user without any investment or any infrastructural cost. It is the official Open ERP ready-to-use and cloud offer, provided by the Open ERP editor. Odoo is based on the latest official version of Open ERP.
The solution is primarily targeted at small and/or medium enterprises and budding enterprises with limited IT budgets. With Odoo, users can get ready-to-use and complete enterprise management software in a few clicks. Based on the latest stable version of Open ERP, Odoo is a self-service and low-cost offer with a unique price that includes: Open ERP Hosting with high bandwidth and servers, Incremental backups servers, Software + Infrastructure as a Service, Maintenance with bugfixes and automated migrations, and Open ERP control centre, etc.
Open ERP has been specifically designed to help businesses improve their performances. Its functional coverage is said to be expanding to all kinds of different areas including accounting, CRM, sales, purchases, stock, manufacturing, portal and document management system.
With more than 700 downloads per day, Open ERP is available today in 18 languages and has a world network of partners and contributors with more than 90 partners and 1000 contributors. Open ERP offers to customers a set of editions that combines Open ERP with commercial maintenance and services.
The subscription to Odoo is free for usage of less than 60 hours. Users can pay at the end of the month, only if satisfied.
