eVerge Group received recognition at this year’s
Oracle Titan Award ceremony in San Francisco on Oct. 11. The “Honorable Mention, Industry Solution” award was given as recognition of eVerge Group’s CRM solution designed specifically for financial institutions.
This CRM solution is designed to provide banks and credit unions with the tools they need to drastically improve their ability to understand their customers, coordinate selling and marketing activities and understand the effectiveness of their efforts in addition to the profitability of their customers, company officials said.
Beyond delivering these capabilities for the entire financial institution, data from the core processing system is also embedded within the system to provide a consolidated desktop. This approach ensures a banker can see a complete view of the customer.
The banking solution leverages a field-ready solution set that can significantly decrease implementation costs, while also accelerating time to market. This solution set includes more than 130 predefined banking-specific data fields, banking-specific page layouts, embedded financial account analysis summaries, “out of the box” business process automation and preconfigured reports that are specific to financial institutions.
David Wright, industry director with Oracle’s (News - Alert) Financial Services IBU, said in a statement, “eVerge Group brings a legacy of banking, CRM and Siebel product knowledge and intellectual property to the table, with dedicated CRM resource teams that understand and focus exclusively on the banking industry and associated implementations.”
eVerge Group has implemented this CRM solution at a number of banking institutions across the U.S. and is currently evaluating the solution in conjunction with additional institutions.
This summer, the company announced the launch of its ReadyExpress accelerated CRM On Demand solution. According to company officials, ReadyExpress combines eVerge Group's knowledge, experience, and expertise with the power of Oracle CRM On Demand to enable organizations to become fully operational in as little as four weeks.
In June, eVerge launched its School Performance Analytics solution. This business intelligence application is designed specifically to enable school districts to better report and analyze data critical to improving student and school performance, as well as, adhere to state and federal reporting requirements.
