MediCare International, a company that offers flexible medical insurance plans, recently claimed that 95 percent of its customers are either very satisfied or satisfied with their overall service experience. The company recently did a survey to identify any loopholes in their customer service.
As per the survey of Medicare, 86 percent of customers were satisfied with the company’s specialist support staff's technical knowledge on the detailed operation of their policy. Also, 93 percent of those surveyed were very happy with the speed their claims are processed. MediCare International claims the majority of agreed international health insurance claims are settled within two working days. Moreover, 100 percent of respondents believe the documentation done by Medicare was clear and easy to follow.
Commenting on the findings, Managing Director Debbie Purser said, "International private health insurance is a fiercely competitive market. All companies compete on price and I am happy to confirm our policies are always attractively priced. However it is often service which makes the difference for a client, whether that is the technical support we are able to give brokers preparing complex group proposals, or the day to day advice a client may ask for. Service also extends to processing and paying claims quickly, something we have always been well known for in the industry. This survey is a credit to the team at MediCare International, showing as it does that we are still leaders in the areas that matter."
MediCare International claims that it provides quick access to the best health facilities for expatriates of all nationalities living or working abroad and protection against the costs of inpatient and outpatient medical treatment. MediCare specialises in designing flexible medical insurance cover backed up with the assurance of 24-hour emergency medical assistance for clients and their families. Currently, MediCare International has clients in 114 countries worldwide of 86 different nationalities.
