Being a major provider of solutions that enable customer and team engagement across multiple channels and devices for better customer experience, it’s safe to say Avaya (News - Alert) knows good collaboration when it sees it. As such, the fact that Avaya recently awarded Global Solution Integrator AGC Networks Limited with the prestigious 'Unified Communications (News - Alert) Partner of the Year' award is a significant milestone for the company.
AGC Networks was presented with the award at the Avaya Partner Forum awards ceremony held in Dubai on 24th November 15. Aside from recognizing AGC’s Platinum partner status across a number of geographies, the title was given in appreciation of the company’s “untiring efforts” and “ability to strive for excellence” with the express purpose of accelerating their customers’ business.
The award ceremony at the Avaya Partner Forum 2016 gathered over 2,000 Avaya Connect channel partners from all over the world, including the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) and Europe regions. Recently, Avaya partnered up with audio communications equipment company Plantronics (News - Alert) to address the growing need for simplicity in contact centers and unified communications as a whole.
“It is indeed a moment of great pride for AGC to be conferred with this top award. This award recognizes AGC's customer reach and support across their global growth markets of India, Middle East & Africa and APAC including Philippines, Australia and New Zealand in AGC's dominant UC quadrant,” said Anil Nair, MD & CEO of AGC Networks, at the event. “Unrelenting focus on delivering Return on Technology Investment (ROTI) coupled with sustainable customer satisfaction have enabled AGC's emergence as a brand of choice for enterprise customers. We wish to thank Avaya for recognizing our efforts in this highly competitive landscape.”
AGC Networks was represented at the Avaya Partner Forum by Nair, APAC president Peter Jayaseelan, global head of services Samir Sayed, and vice president of the MEA region Sanjay Ahuja.
