SironaHealth Launches Medical Call Center Solutions

SironaHealth has announced its official launch as a national provider of medical call center solutions. The company has also completed the successful transition of IntelliCare’s operations and book of business. 

In its quest to establish leadership in this market, SironaHealth adopted IntelliCare’s core mission to provide full service health call center and nurse advice line programs to health plans, hospitals, physicians and health management organizations nationwide. In doing so, the company is responding to a significant need within the industry, while helping to drive demand for their services.

Beyond these important core services, the company will also continue to license IntelliView. A medical call center software platform, IntelliView is designed specifically for healthcare calls centers. The solution will be offered to customers who wish to run their own tele-health programs.

SironaHealth employs more than 150 former IntelliCare employees--half of which are located in the company's home state of Maine. The company’s focus on maintaining continuity in internal processes makes for a smooth transition and ensures any change is seamless for the customer.

Operating as an employee owned and managed company, SironaHealth manages a distributed network of tele-nurses who oversee telephone-based triage and health information services to a broad range of healthcare organizations.

SironaHealth offers clients their proprietary call center software as it is specifically designed to support distributed medical contact center operations. This niche focus and approach ensures that customers are better equipped to deliver optimal service in their specialized field.

A URAC accredited medical contact center, SironaHealth works with health plans, hospitals, employers and care managers to improve health and wellness in their patient populations. Such an approach helps to lower costs while improving the overall care provided to patients to help drive growth.

SironaHealth's tele-health programs are designed to reduce costs, improve customer loyalty, and integrate healthcare programs through: telephone triage services, targeted outreach and engagement, physician referral services, class and event registration services, and health enabling technologies.
