RESolutions Rapid Enrollment Solutions to Expand In-House Call Center Activities

The in-house call center provides key offerings, such as the design and development of automated pre-screening scripts; the development of site specific databases; customized data management and reporting capabilities; appointment scheduling for potential study subjects; continued follow-up with sites and potential study subjects; and the use of Web screening tools for referral purposes.

Anytime a company announces the expansion of its in-house call center, it is a boost to the local economy and the U.S.-based call center industry. Too many companies have been offshoring their call center activities in an effort to cut costs. While such a move may be good for the bottom line, it is never good for the industry in the U.S.
