Users Reveal Zoho CRM Advantages

Zoho (News - Alert), a company that helps people with online work, recently released the latest round of testimonies shared by happy users of the Zoho CRM, the company’s affordable, on-demand CRM software. ALTUS Wealth Solutions, Anderson Sales Advantage and JetHub are customers of Zoho who downloaded the app through Google (News - Alert) Apps Marketplace. These customers have taken the time to comment on the main advantages of using the Zoho CRM, which include cost savings, ease of use and security features for distributed workforces.


In a release, Raju Vegesna (News - Alert), Zoho evangelist, said that “Our users depend on us to give them the tools they need to build, maintain and strengthen their customer relationships. The feedback we’re getting from customers like ALTUS Wealth Solutions, Anderson Sales Advantage, JetHub and others tells us that Zoho CRM is meeting and often exceeding their needs, especially in the areas of affordability, functionality and ease of use.”

ALTUS Wealth Solutions is a registered investment advisory firm that makes use of the Zoho CRM to manage relationships it has formed with prospective clients, financial services peers, and other individuals and organizations. One of the reasons ALTUS Wealth Solutions uses the Zoho CRM is because it offers more savings when compared with Salesforce.

A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional, John Buerger operates ALTUS as a solo entrepreneur, which means he is responsible for all aspects of Zoho CRM, from paying bills to maintaining the system. Buerger said that “I was with Salesforce before I moved to Zoho CRM, and I found Salesforce to be outrageously expensive for what it was providing. For me, nothing in Salesforce was any more powerful than what I can do with Zoho CRM. But Zoho CRM costs just a fraction of Salesforce $15 per month vs. $100 per month so I’m saving over $1,000 per year.”

The Zoho CRM is a web-based service that allows Buerger to work from different locations. He is able to work from his home office as well as his office in downtown San Luis Obispo, California. He is also able to work on the road through the Zoho CRM for BlackBerry (News - Alert) app. Another highlight is that due to the Zoho CRM email integration with Gmail, ALTUS is able to use it as its email server.

Teddy Anderson, president of Anderson Sales Advantage said that “I needed a CRM system that would be easy to set up and easy to train my clients to use, so it had to be easy for them to understand. Zoho CRM hits all those points, and the price is great for an independent or a solo entrepreneur. I had been using Salesforce previously, and I found that Zoho CRM is very comparable. And the price is a lot better. Even the free edition of Zoho CRM offers outstanding flexibility and capabilities.”
