Commence Corporation Announces CRM Offering In Europe
By Carolyn J Dawson
The popular online CRM software from Commence Corporation has a new version set to launch for Europe in late July of this year. The value added resellers of the company will be selling the new On-Demand Commence CRM, along with direct tie ups with third party providers. Commence Corporation has been a world leader in providing small and medium sized companies with cloud based CRM software and solutions.
More than a thousand companies across the globe in about 22 countries currently make use of the desktop CRM solution from Commence Corporation. For more than twenty years, Commence has been providing these customers and clients with high quality customer management software. This latest introduction of the European version of the company’s web based CRM is said to expand the reach of its previous clients and businesses to greater levels, including those who wish to use the cloud based environment in their CRM.
In a release, the President of Commence Corporation, Larry Caretsky, said, “There is a clear need for high quality affordable CRM software in Europe. I think European companies will appreciate what our North American customers have experienced with Commence CRM. We are providing a solution that is flexible, easy to use, a best in class hosting service and a low cost of ownership. It's a winning combination."
Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics and Salesforce.com are some other high end and higher priced CRM systems that are available in the market today. However, with the rich features on offer and the highly affordable pricing, Commence’s CRM solutions are a much better alternative, though the final pricing for the European markets has not been declared yet. Moreover, Commence CRM supports Apple (News - Alert) Mac and PC environments, along with email client integration with Yahoo, Entourage, GMail and Lotus Notes. Popular mobile devices also have full support on the CRM system from Commence. Activity management, sales opportunity management, lead management and scoring, document library, frequently asked questions, help desk with a knowledge database, marketing with bulk email, account management, and contact management are some of the comprehensive solutions on offer from Commence CRM to the mid range market.
