Lumesse to Launch Products with Fully Integrated Talent Management Solutions in 2012

Lumesse announced recently that customers will be provided with an exceptional choice to deploy technology strategies for integrated talent management solutions with all new products released in early 2012. Being a global leader in integrated talent management solutions, they cover the entire employment lifecycle.
The global and local expertise in talent management and acquisition of Lumesse will be leveraged upon in these worldwide releases. Two product sets expanded significantly will be delivered in this strategy. Lumesse TalentLink added with talent management in early 2012, and Lumesse EtWeb added with talent acquisition in late 2012, have improved user interfaces and strong new analytics, and shared capabilities of social collaboration and integrated learning management.
In a release, Matthew Parker, CEO at Lumesse, said, “Our fully integrated talent management strategies will make the lives of companies of all sizes in two ways. Firstly, the expansion of our core talent management and acquisition products with an innovative and intuitive user experience will cover all key functional areas. This makes it easy to create a fully integrated talent management system covering the complete employment lifecycle. Secondly, to provide customers a full SaaS (News - Alert) by which the technology can be configured or customized with ease. They can choose either a host or have on-premises.”
Customers can choose Lumesse TalentLink V12.0, if they want a fully integrated, highly configurable SaaS-based talent management system. With this product, strong HR capabilities, performance and succession management are added. In addition to these, functions such as compensation management and improved capabilities in onboarding and contingent workforce management will be added in a yearly update of three releases.
Customers can choose Lumesse ETWeb V11, if they want a fully integrated, highly customizable talent management system based on either hosted or on-premises (in-house) infrastructure. With this product, a new intuitive user interface, powerful new reporting, and analytics capabilities and a more scalable, performance-oriented architecture are added with. In addition to these, powerful talent acquisition capabilities will be added in a future release. Lumesse has an unmatched capability in this area.
