Mothernode Unveils 'Dialogue' Social Media Interaction Channel

Mothernode has introduced Dialogue, a brand new social media style conversation tool now available to its CRM and ERP customers, allowing them to communicate, collaborate and strategize more effectively.

Mothernode is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) business solutions company.


Dialogue brings social conversations into the business or enterprise that assists users in becoming more active in their collaboration. It also keeps them connected to the information that matters to them.

By making use of Dialogue throughout the Mothernode software, companies can worry less on unnecessary communication and get right to the point.

Dialogue incorporates the familiar comment tagging capabilities used in popular social media networks such as Facebook (News - Alert) and Linkedin. By intelligently applying comment tagging to customer records, contacts profiles, prospects and each transaction – including quotes, orders, invoices and much more – Dialogue builds a highly engaging and collaborative platform.

Without having to update their colleagues, it also allows the users to share information within their Mothernode records and transactions. Allowing the author of the original comment know that their message was acknowledged, post acknowledgement is as simple as clicking the “LIKE” button, the company stated in a news release.

“This is a huge addition to our product line that has already become an overnight hit with our existing customers,” said Ken Pearson, president and co-founder. “We’ve got big plans for Dialogue and plan to make it an integral part of our software going forward. We already see that this is re-shaping the way our customers interact internally. Simply put; they love it! There are some top companies in this competition.”

In 2011, the company introduced a feature-rich, cost-effective alternative to Salesforce.com (News - Alert) and Sugar CRM that can be used by companies, regardless of their size. The Mothernode product offering is now available and it also provides a quality CRM solution that offers real time visibility, enhances productivity and close rates, and other features that improve overall collaboration between users.
