InvisibleCRM (News - Alert), a provider of productivity tools engineered to increase user adoption and ROI of enterprise applications, has entered into an OEM agreement with SAP AG to enhance the integration and user interface capabilities of SAP (News - Alert) customer relationship management (CRM).

The partnership delivers greater functionality and ease-of-use to sales professionals on the go using SAP CRM. They can access the application from solutions such as Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook and Lotus Notes through all types of devices – laptops, PCs, smartphones or tablets of popular OS platforms. It delivers greater functionality and ease-of-use to sales professionals on the go using SAP CRM.

“This cooperation with SAP is a key part of our ongoing strategy to help bring personal usability to a wide variety of existing enterprise assets, which companies have invested heavily in over the years,” said Dwight DePalmer, president, InvisibleCRM, in a statement.

The partnership, according to DePalmer, will take enterprise applications to the next level with the convergence of desktop software such as Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes on laptops, with the same information on mobile devices like the iPad, especially as it expands well beyond the CRM market.

InvisibleCRM’s productivity tools, integrated with SAP CRM, will make it easier for customers to access and update calendar and task applications. The integration is expected to help increase ease-of-use and productivity on the go for mobile sales professionals.

“We believe InvisibleCRM’s technologies can complement SAP’s innovative technologies, including our advanced mobile technologies and the SAP HANA platform, which we expect will deliver added value to customers,” says Tim Bolte, chief product owner and senior vice president, SAP CRM.

Additionally, the integration will also enable team collaboration and anticipated visibility into customer payment status and history information, combined with an expected understanding of internal employee skills and availability.

Vlad Voskresensky, CEO, InvisibleCRM, said the OEM agreement with SAP is the most comprehensive to date for the company. Through this agreement, InvisibleCRM expects to expand cooperation well beyond CRM solutions, addressing mobile usability in new and innovative ways, Voskresensky added.
