Decision Toolbox Augments Employee Productivity with Masergy's UCaaS Solution

In an effort to enhance virtual employee productivity, Decision Toolbox, a recruitment products and services company, has deployed a Unified Communications (News - Alert) as a Service (UCaaS) solution from Masergy Communications Inc., a provider of managed networking and cloud services.


In general, a UCaaS solution facilitates in improving employee performance through its modern communication and collaboration tools. These tools not only simplify processes to help improve time-to-market, but also bolster customer and partner co-operation while saving cost.

The deployment of a UCaaS solution will enable Decision Toolbox to support their geographically distributed workforce by unifying all their recruiters' applications.

The cloud-based Masergy UCaaS solution will improve the reliability and flexibility of Decision Toolbox by integrating Decision Toolbox's custom business processes with their calling platform to improve virtual employee productivity.

Known to deliver advanced global communication features with built-in automatic failover and disaster recovery, the Masergy UCaaS can easily integrate with many CRM (customer relationship management), ERP (enterprise resource planning) and office productivity applications. Our robust, open platform enables seamless integration with even the most complex custom business processes. 

With the help of the new integration, Decision Toolbox’s workforce will have the ability to establish phone calls and instantly view the appropriate client information from the company's CRM and job applicant databases, while simultaneously updating notes and action items on the same screen, said the company.

A month prior to helping Decision Toolbox to improve employee productivity, Masergy had announced availability of direct, private access to Amazon Web Services (News - Alert) (AWS) Direct Connect throughout North America. According to sources, Masergy’s managed cloud network delivers on-demand access to AWS for a predictable, consistent experience and increased performance and security.
