Call Monetization and marketing company Invoca has announced its new voice and call analytics platform, Invoca Signal, which works on an all new patent-pending voice intelligence technology. The company also announced it has added salesforce.com as an investor in its Series C round.
Brand marketers looking for customers respond to online-to-offline campaigns when their mobile phone is part of the buying process. This helps contribute to an increase in the tens of billions of inbound calls to businesses annually.
Marketers using Invoca Signal get a complete picture of their inbound calls so they can make better marketing decisions, improve ROI, and enhance the customer experience.
This latest technology is meant to automate the next action by applying scoring techniques with valuable metrics and conversion data relevant to the marketer's unique sales and marketing processes in an inbound call.
Rebecca Kaplan, group director at Acronym, a provider of organic and paid search for enterprise-level brands said in a statement, “Invoca Signal allows me to accurately measure the true value of our inbound phone calls using customizable key metrics that I'm able to determine and control. It empowers marketers like me to understand the value of the calls we're driving, while giving us the knowledge and signals needed to make critical adjustments and optimizations in near real-time. It revolutionizes the way I identify and optimize ROI-generating phone calls.”
Jason Spievak, Invoca's CEO also said, "The investment from salesforce.com will accelerate Invoca's growth and product innovation so that marketers will no longer have to guess the important details about the billions of inbound phone calls from their best customers and prospects."
