New Version of Sitecore Experience Platform Announced

Sitecore, a company that provides customer experience management solutions, recently announced the new version of Sitecore Experience Platform. Sitecore 8 stores customer data across all platform allowing clients to deliver unique personalized experiences. The solution will be available to public by the end of 2014.


Sitecore 8 integrates with other customer-facing platforms, creating a single view of the customer in a big data marketing repository, eliminating much of the extraordinary complexity that has been marketers’ biggest constraint. The solution also seamlessly segments audiences based on demographics and any other information from the Experience Profile. The clients can automate all testing and optimization so marketing can be confident they are providing the optimal experience to every customer, every time.

In related news, Sitecore recently announced early access to the next generation of its experience platform including the Sitecore Experience Database , a highly scalable big data repository that collects and connects actionable customer data to deliver unique customer experiences in real-time. Marketers can view the entire experience of every individual customer that engages with their brand through the Sitecore Experience Profile.

Marketers now have limitless data capacity to gather and manage information from every experience channel, for all visitors and customers. Built on MongoDB, and made available on Microsoft (News - Alert) Azure, the Sitecore Experience Database integrates seamlessly with the newly-named Sitecore Experience Platform, (formerly Sitecore Customer Engagement Platform) collecting all online and offline experience data, from every customer interaction as it happens in the moment.
