3PEA PaySign Prepaid Solution Selected by The Interstate Companies

3PEA International, Inc., a prepaid debit card payment solutions provider as well as an integrated payment processor, recently announced that The Interstate Companies, Inc., a group of nine Whole Blood centers, twenty-three plasmapheresis centers, and a laboratory, has selected its PaySign prepaid solution. The solution has already been deployed at all 23 Interstate plasma donation centers as donor payment method.
PaySign solves the payment problems that The Interstate Companies used to encounter every day. The solution has reduced administration costs and streamlined operations for The Interstate Companies, which was looking for an efficient payment method. Each donor is given a PaySign Interstate Visa Prepaid Card, which allows the plasma donors to access their account information. The PaySign solution provides a cardholder Web portal, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, SMS alerts and a two-way SMS messaging feature that allows cardholders to set alerts and check their balances and history without the assistance of a live customer service operator. The in-house customer service center provides the bilingual customer service experience for the cardholders.
