Precious Metals Exchange Corp (PRMX) has inaugurated a new call center in Addison, Texas to provide CRM data input services to its customers without Internet access and also to attend to customer inquiries generated through its VolumeContact marketing division.
PRMX is in the precious metals refining and recycling industry, with its core business model focused on collecting unwanted and/or broken jewelry and other precious metal items in the U.S., Canada and Latin America market.
With a direct relationship, PRMX says that it’s committed to make a higher payout to its customers than traditional outlets by bypassing traditional recycling intermediaries (pawnshops).
Garrett Vogel, President of PRMX, said that, the company has been limited in using VolumeContact to its full extent due to not having call transfer capabilities. Regulatory requirements in many states require auto-dialers that provide a method for call recipients to ask questions of live operators or demand removal from their lists, and that hindered their use of this important marketing tool.
“Because the practical limits of our telemarketing capabilities are very high, we look forward to quickly growing out of this in-house function, " said Garrett Vogel.
The company plans to utilize its existing staff to handle call overflow, and control outbound call volume to match their operators' capacities.
Recently, the company was in the news for launching www.CashOutMyGold.com, its premier online gold buying Web site, where customers can "accept or decline" a cash offer online and in real-time.
