Knoa Software Recognized in CRM and Contact Center Markets

In an interview with TMCnet, Lori Wizdo (News - Alert), vice president of Marketing at Knoa Software spoke about the Knoa (News - Alert) Experience Performance Manager (Knoa EPM). Knoa recently announced that they have been selected as a winner of the 2009 CRM Excellence Awards by TMC’s (News - Alert) Customer Interaction Solutions and have also been named as a finalist in the category of Best Technology Innovation Vendor Solution for the ContactCenterWorld.com Top Ranking Performers in the Contact Center Industry Regional Awards. 

 
Company officials say that Knoa was selected by each company for its ability to optimize the usage of CRM technologies within the contact center and across the enterprise.
