CRM OnTarget, a provider of partner hosted Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM, has increased the value of its offering as it has added Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook 2007 for new Dynamics CRM users without an additional charge.
This announcement today is considered to be crucial in providing a value proposition that reflects the ability to leverage a seamless integration of Dynamics CRM with the Microsoft Office Suite.
"Our ability to break through the minimum user barrier was our first step in addressing the emerging entrepreneurial market,” said Mike Berger, a partner at CRM OnTarget, in a Wednesday statement.
“Then we added value by including sales and service dashboards. It became obvious to us that the final step was to provide Exchange and Outlook to level the playing field, giving organizations the same high quality Dynamics CRM experience regardless of their size and scope."
“Combining Exchange with Dynamics CRM provides our end users the entire value proposition of seamless integration,” added Randal Southam, in the Wednesday statement. Southam manages the CRM OnTarget unit.
“Everything our users need to do in Dynamics CRM is just an extended function of Outlook. This reduces expense while increasing user adoption through the familiar Outlook interface."
Microsoft Exchange Server is positioned as the world’s leading platform for enterprise mail delivery and collaboration. It is designed to serve both small and enterprise customers. As such, the number of companies worldwide that rely on this solution is such that it dominates the global market.
A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, CRM OnTarget is based in Seattle. The company serves clients in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia and includes such companies as Microsoft, Roman Meal, Volvo, Lexus, Brosnan Golf, Kinetix Living, and Subway among others. CRM OnTarget is owned and operated by TriVenture of Washington, LLC.
By adding enhanced features to its Dynamics CRM offering, CRM OnTarget is working to improve its value in the market. The number of opportunities that exist in the global space due to the implementation of Microsoft applications is staggering. For those companies who can leverage their offerings to integrate with these solutions, their stability and growth will surpass that of their competitors.
