Reveille Software, a provider of application performance monitoring solutions for enterprise content management (ECM) applications, has released the Reveille Management Console for IBM (News - Alert) FileNet to further enhance its offerings.

The new Reveille Management Console for IBM FileNet, a packaged software solution, is designed to proactively monitor IBM FileNet components, application processes, actual end-user transaction response times, and core metrics. Leveraging Reveille Management Console for IBM FileNet, users can identify problems, send multi-level notifications, and perform automated diagnostics and repairs.

The Reveille Software solution helps in ensuring a comprehensive view into the health of a business-critical application, company officials said.

"For customers deploying FileNet business-critical case management applications, the Reveille Management Console for FileNet provides the monitoring, core metrics and automated remediation services to deliver comprehensive service assurance," said Bob Estes, chief executive officer of Reveille Software, in a statement.

Additional features include monitoring support for the Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) interface; availability of subscription pricing for customers desiring broader license flexibility; and service level reporting, executive and operational dashboards for PC and mobile devices.

As the solution offers real-time reporting of FileNet-specific metrics, including transaction volumes, user and object store activity -- enabling companies to plan for capacity and usage patterns, customers can reduce FileNet service outages.

Recently, Reveille Software announced the launch of the Reveille Management Console for Captiva InputAccel 6.5. The new version includes advanced support for EMC (News - Alert) Captiva 6.5, provides an upgrade path for customers using EMC Input Management Console (IMC), and expands the agentless application monitoring capabilities of the console.

This enhanced support will deliver improved proactive monitoring of Captiva application components and processes to ensure maximum availability and productivity of business-critical document capture operations, company officials said.
