RSUPPORT Unveils New Remote Solution for Mobile Devices

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

RSUPPORT has announced the launch of new remote solution for smartphones and tablet PCs, "RemoteCall + mobile pack."

This launch marks the entry of RSUPPORT into the global market. The company is set to unveil the solution at Mobile World Congress (News - Alert) 2011.

Smartphone and tablet users can now enjoy real-time support whilst working remotely with this solution. This new remote solution is equipped with user-friendly and intuitive user interface (UI), and allows users to instantly connect and support their clients from anywhere in the world.

The solution supports real-time screen sharing, control, and drag-and-drop functionality on mobile devices. Also, it supports real-time access to information on mobile devices such as firmware, processes, applications, logs and network status (3G or Wi-Fi).

RSUPPORT is currently offering this solution for Android, Windows Mobile, Windows phone 7, Symbian (News - Alert), and Blackberry phones. The solution comes with extra features such as automatic updates, file transfer, and text chat.

"Using a remote support service will help reduce unnecessary on-site visits, business trips and the overall cost of customer management, not to mention saving companies time," said Hyungsu Seo, CEO of RSUPPORT. "It will not only increase customer satisfaction and company competitiveness, but also contributes to green initiatives."

SEO continued, "Following on from the great success RSUPPORT has achieved in Asia, we are now extremely excited to be expanding into more regions including Europe. We understand the needs of European customers and are very much looking forward to bringing our expertise and services to the region. Our new service RemoteCall + mobile pack is an ideal way to start this drive, by offering a faster, easier and more flexible service than anything else available."
