ISI (News - Alert) Telemanagement now offers its software via the cloud. That includes the company’s Infortel Select Cloud solution, an end user managed software as a service offering. And it includes Infortel Select Cloud Pro, the company’s hosted and managed unified communications reporting services.
“Both service offerings replace up-front expenses with a low, scalable service fee,” ISI explains. “ISI provides system implementation and ongoing back office system administration, while the end user retails full access to the application through a secure web browser interface.”
That means organizations don’t incur the upfront fees involved with installation, servers, software licenses, and support feels. ISI handles all their operating system SQL environment updates, so they don’t have to deal with the hassles of software updates.
These new offerings from ISI Telemanagement also give organizations comfort in knowing their solutions on these fronts will be audited and secured. Customers also can scale as needed. “Recurring service fees are based upon the number of user stations, trunk gateways, and data sources being serviced,” ISI Telemanagement says. “The customer only pays for what they use, and costs remain aligned with the benefit derived.”
ISI Telemanagement Solutions (News - Alert) is a Schaumburg, Ill.-based business that provides unified communications management solutions. That includes collaboration recording, speech analytics, telecom audits, telecom expense management, and UC reporting and analytics. Such solutions help ensure businesses get the greatest productivity out of their human resources, and enable organizations to optimize their UC spends.
In May Verint (News - Alert) Systems Inc. has named ISI Telemanagement Solutions its North America Compliance Partner of the Year. The recognition, part of the 2018 Americas Partner of the Year and Rising Star honors, was presented at the Verint Engage Global Customer Conference in Dallas.
