Recently, SupportSeven has expanded its call center business located in the MidTown area of Chattanooga, Tenn. The call center has doubled its capacity to 200 seats and has expanded to an area of more than 12,000 square feet from 9,000 square feet.
The call center expansion supports the company’s strategy to better serve its clients and growing workforce. As the call center business grew, there has continued to be an increased demand being seen from customers and clients alike. In addition, the expansion also gives SupportSeven the opportunity to add a larger training and quality suite, as well as a management stage within the call center to enhance managerial accessibility for employees.
“This expansion is a key stepping stone in our company’s growth and it allows us to provide more amenities for our employees, enhance our client service, and add more jobs to the Chattanooga community,” said Katie Sanders, director of Business Development and Administration for SupportSeven, in a statement.
“Chattanooga’s MidTown area is currently undergoing a true renaissance and we are honored to be a part of the movement. We are hopeful that other businesses will join us and contribute to the growth of the area,” Sanders added.
As part of this expansion, SupportSeven has upgraded its call center technology to include fully customized, scalable solutions that will allow the company to provide services to both large and small businesses.
SupportSeven is one of only 19 call centers in the U.S. with American Teleservices Associations Self-Regulatory Organization (ATA-SRO) accreditation, providing key contact center services to ministries, nonprofits, and the financial and insurance industries.
“The MidTown council has been hard at work over the past five years attempting to revive and develop the Brainerd (News - Alert) area,” said Councilwoman Carol Berz, Chattanooga City Council, District 6. “Recently, we have seen strong commercial growth within the area, including SupportSeven’s renovation, which is playing a major role in the renewal.”
SupportSeven was established in 2007. Within the next five years, the company plans to add up to 500 new jobs in the Chattanooga area, with the possibility of opening another facility as well.
