Five9 Uses SuiteCloud for More On-Demand Call Centers

On-demand call center software provider Five9 has made it possible for any company to turn their sales, marketing, customer support or finance departments into a call center thanks to a partnership with NetSuite for their SuiteCloud offering.

Five9's call center software products offer businesses of all sizes solutions for inbound, outbound, and blended environments, including predictive dialing and auto-dialing.
“The SuiteCloud development platform has allowed us to create a tightly integrated solution for any call center handling front-office or back-office functions,” said Jim Dvorkin, CTO, Five9. “With our leading technology and experience in enabling efficient call center operations, we expect that this partnership will provide a powerful on-demand alternative for any company considering premise-based call center and CRM / ERP software.”
NetSuite (News - Alert) is a provider of business software solutions. The company’s SuiteCloud offering provides on demand products, development tools, and services via cloud computing.  Using the offering, companies can run their operations in the Cloud.
Five9 has extended NetSuite’s ERP, CRM and Ecommerce suite to call centers now with this latest announcement so that they can benefit from increased sales and productivity and lowered operational costs provided by operating via the cloud.
“Five9’s leadership and innovation in building a call center solution delivered via the cloud makes them an ideal fit for our on-demand business applications, bringing efficient call center communications to all NetSuite users,” said Guido Haarmans, NetSuite’s Vice President, SuiteCloud Developer Network.
“Five9’s unique ability to provide outbound call center capabilities for sales and marketing and inbound call center capabilities for customer support, finance and e-commerce, made it a good fit with our strength in providing a broad range of front-office and back-office functions.”
In addition to this announcement, Five9 has also become a member of NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Developer Network. The developer network, the company says, is “a multi-tiered program for commercial software developers that enables them to quickly go to market with new on-demand business applications that leverage the power of NetSuite’s core business suite via the NetSuite Business Operating System (NS-BOS).”
Netsuite made headlines back in February when it partnered with a major edible bouquet company, Edible Blooms, in Australia and New Zealand. NetSuite’s solutions are being used to power its end-to-end business operations from accounting/ERP to customer relationship management (CRM) and Ecommerce.
Five9 also announced in February, a partnership with Leads360, a provider of on-demand sales lead management software, to integrate their on-demand predictive dialer and lead management solutions. This will help to further power B2C sales forces and remove the heavy upfront investments involved with premise-based offerings.
