Call center software provider, Five9 Inc. has partnered with Bluewolf, a leader in agile consulting, in efforts to enable customers to realize improved marketing, sales and customer care processes based on its call center systems in the cloud.

Five9’s Chief Technology Officer Jim Dvorkin said that Five9 is delighted to be Bluewolf’s preferred partner for on-demand call center software solutions.

“Bluewolf has a proven track record of delivering on-demand CRM implementations based on Salesforce.com (News - Alert),” Dvorkin said. “We expect this partnership to provide significant benefits to our joint customers looking for integrated on-demand CRM/Call Center solutions which we are showcasing together at Dreamforce 2009.”

Previously, the company announced its Five9 Cloud Computing Platform for call centers, an industry-first, which enables users to build native software integrations between Five9’s on-demand call center software and other enterprise software applications.

The collaboration of the two companies will develop, implement, deploy and customize integrated call center applications on top of Five9’s on-demand call center software cloud computing technology.

“The partnership with Bluewolf, because they are a leading CRM integrations consultant, and their participation in the Five9 Developer Program, further validates the Five9 Cloud Computing Platform for Call Centers which we announced previously,” Dvorkin said. “We expect more consultants and integrators will follow Bluewolf’s lead and join the program to begin developing advanced, integrated, call center applications on top of the platform.”

Both Five9 and Bluewolf have long, proven, track records of innovation, agility and market acceleration in their respective fields, Dvorkin said.
“Customers will benefit from Bluewolf’s ability to integrate the market-leading Five9 on-demand call center software with market-leading cloud-based

CRM applications to provide specialized solutions to solve unique problems, increase productivity through integrated applications and to provide competitive advantage available on through customized applications,” he added. “The product of the relationship will be multiplicative, not additive, delivering results greater than the sum of the parts.”

With the company’s cloud computing platform, call centers can access various horizontal functions including sales and marketing, customer service and support and others and combine Five9’s call center software with the company’s existing applications.

Bluewolf, a Five9 partner and a member of the Five9 Developer Program, invented Agile (News - Alert) Consulting to coalesce their vision for rapidly developing and delivering cloud computing and Software-as-a-Service, or “SaaS,” applications based on the latest technological advancements, such as the Five9 cloud computing platform for call centers.

Dvorkin previously said that the company looked to build on its market leadership and call center innovation by introducing the call center industry’s first on-demand call center platform.

The new partnership with Bluewolf further solidifies Dvorkin’s claims.

Bluewolf and Five9 will be showcasing solutions based on the Five9 Cloud Computing Platform in their booth at Salesforce.com’s Dreamforce Global Gathering, Nov. 18 to 20 in San Francisco, CA (News - Alert).
