Exceptional customer service is a business model that many companies try to lay claim to, yet most struggle to make it a reality. How does even this computer giant make a big enough splash in the lights of the “Big Apple” to gain attention? By creating more than just a retail store. Apple has effectively invented a lifestyle. Customers are allowed to linger for hours, check their e-mail, or even write a book.
