Eagle Conferencing, India and Eagle Teleconferencing, USA, affiliate of EagleNet companies, have been honored with 2007 Product of the Year Awards from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC (News - Alert)) Communications Solutions magazine.
This award recognizes the vision, leadership and attention to detail the company had while developing their product or solution.
Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), president and group editor-in-chief of Communications Solutions at TMC, said that Eagle Teleconferencing and Eagle Conferencing (India) have been recognized with a 2007 Product of the Year Award for their “excellence in the advancement of voice, data and/or video communications.”
He also said that Eagle Teleconferencing and Eagle Conferencing (India) have proven they are committed to “quality and excellence” in solutions that benefit the customer experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them.
“We are very privileged with this prestigious quality award especially within the short period that the service has been active in India,” said Kent Charugundla, founder and CEO of EagleNet Group, adding that it clearly demonstrates the value creation and delivery of the company’s conference Call services.
In August 2007, the company began its conference call services, and, according to the company has since experienced a rapid rise in the customer base for value-added voice communications services
Meanwhile in U.S., Charugundla said, the company has experienced significant growth in their conference line business during last 20 years.
