In a move partly designed to leverage Denver’s strong emphasis on public safety, nationwide Enhanced 9-1-1 (E911) provider Vixxi Solutions (News - Alert) is relocating its corporate headquarters from Dallas to the Mile High City.
The strategic move is expected to help the company align themselves with a city heavily focused on public safety consciousness, said Christopher Camut, CEO of Vixxi Solutions.
“From a sales and recruitment perspective, Denver is an excellent place to support our growing business,” said Camut.
However, Vixxi is not abandoning the Lone Star State. The company says it will continue to call Dallas home for its core of technical presence.
Next week, Vixxi will participate in the 9-1-1 Summit in their new hometown, sponsored by the Public Utilities Commission and Colorado Resource Center on Sept. 11. The summit will explore how emergency call centers in Denver and the rest of the state can take advantage of next generation technology from companies like Vixxi.
Miranda Peters, vice president of Operations at Vixxi, is speaking at the event. Peters will discuss the state of the industry, as well as information about Vixxi.
Vixxi delivers nationwide, Internet-enabled E911 solutions, providing seamless services for all networking environments across any location and device. These flexible solutions expedite time-to-deployment of E911 services, integrate with both legacy and IP-based technologies, and enable regulatory compliance with minimal investment.
