TouchStar Receives Two More Call Center Technology Product of the Year Awards

TouchStar (News - Alert), a rapidly growing call center technology provider, has received two more Product of the Year Awards. The company received the awards from Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine and INTERENT TELEPHONY magazine. Both the magazines have awarded TouchStar for its outstanding quality and innovation in call center technology.

TouchStar had recently received an award from Collection Advisor magazine as well, who recognized the company as a top collections technology provider. TouchStar has been receiving this award from Collection Advisor for four consecutive years.

TouchStar develops cutting-edge call center technology, with on-site and hosted deployment options. The company delivers its solutions to more than 2,500 businesses on six continents from its headquarters in Denver, Colorado. TouchStar has offices in New York, Phoenix, Davenport, Mumbai, Manila, Manchester, and Mexico City.

Rick Morris, COO of TouchStar, was quoted as saying, "These awards are a direct reflection of the interest we have in our clients' success as well as our strength as a company. Since its formation in 1982, Customer Interaction Solutions (CIS) magazine has acted as the voice of the call/contact center, CRM and teleservices industries. The magazine has contributed to a great extent to the growth, maturity and prosperity of the industry.
