Webinar on Five9, Integration Helps Consumers Implement and Understand Software

Telecom companies, especially those in the call center and customer relationship management, or “CRM,” industries offer software systems that can often be, for lack of a better word, confusing. Consumers looking to implement these software systems are regularly caught up in the “how-to’s” versus implementing the software to start proving results. 

In order to simplify – and thoroughly explain – a system’s process, call center software provider, Five9, offers its customers Webinars to demonstrate and provide detailed instructions on how to use the company’s many software products.

Specifically, Five9 is offering a Webinar on the Five9 and (News - Alert) Integration. David Van Everen, Five9’s Vice President of Product Management, told TMCnet in a recent interview that, in the Webinar, users will learn how to implement the Five9 cloud computing platform for call centers to enable companies to have advanced integrations within business applications to improve operational productivity and effectiveness.

“In this live Webinar, participants will see a demonstration of the unified experience provided by Five9 Adapter for, highlighting how the integrated call handling, screen pop, call logging, click-to-call, outbound dialing and call scripting can improve the productivity of Salesforce CRM users across their entire company,” Van Everen said.

Additionally, this specific Webinar will explain the details of advanced integration, which is built on the Five9 cloud, which Van Everen explains as the ability to integrate with leading CRM applications like, NetSuite (News - Alert), RightNow and Leads 360.

“Now, call centers across horizontal functions – sales and marketing, customer service and support, finance and collections – can integrate Five9’s call center software with existing CRM applications, create unified agent desktops or build industry-specific solutions that meet specific needs or provide competitive advantage,” Van Everen said. 

Offered every Wednesday, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time, and 1:00 p.m. Eastern time, at no charge to the customer, the Webinars cover a variety of topics and systems. Individuals can sign up simply by going to the Five9 Web site and registering.
