Looking to further expand its European operations, Televersal, a value added unified communications solutions distributor in the Benelux region, has signed a distribution agreement with Thinking Phone (News - Alert) Networks, a company facilitating enterprises, wholesalers, and channel partners to deploy cloud UC services.
Under the terms of this agreement, Televersal will now be able to offer Thinking Phone Networks’ ThinkingSuite unified communications as a service (UCaaS) solution to its enterprise clients.
According to Thinking Phone Networks, its UCaaS platform ThinkingSuite combines powerful mobility-enabled and analytics-driven communications services and third-party application integration over an open platform. Designed for next generation enterprise requirements, it provides voice, video, presence/IM, contact center, and conferencing services on a single platform.
The platform features a powerful business intelligence environment, the company explains, and has the capability to broaden workforce optimization to all areas of the enterprise, including mobile knowledge workers and those in remote global locations.
This cloud analytics capability aims to deliver at-a-glance insight into workforce behavior and activities. Consequently, enterprises leveraging this solution will be able to address human latency issues and also enhance corporate best practice efforts to their competitive advantage.
In addition, Thinking Phone Networks’ UCaaS solution also supports ready integration of third-party, off-the-shelf and “home grown” business applications such as customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP). Furthermore, the ThinkingSuite platform allows distribution partners, such as Televersal, to easily implement and scale differentiated cloud UC services.
