Call Center Agents Invited to Submit for a Chance to Win Trip to Hawaii
Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) is continuing to count down to the closing date for submissions to its “Outrageous Interactions” contest. The contest will be open for submissions until this Sunday, Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. EDT, at which point a panel of expert judges will select the finalists to be voted on by the public. The contest is highlighting some of the strange occurrences that are commonplace in the call center industry, and Interactive Intelligence will be rewarding one deserving agent with the grand prize when it announces the winner at the Internet Telephony Conference & EXPO in September.
One submission is the following recording of a voicemail that was left by a customer, and is an example of the types of issues that call center agents handle with grace on a near-daily basis:
As the closing date for submissions approaches, more call center agents are submitting their wildest interactions in hopes of winning the grand prize. This submission is one of many that will be evaluated by a panel of expert judges after submissions are closed Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
Interactive Intelligence is still accepting submissions and counting down on TMCnet until the closing date on Aug. 31. The winner will receive airfare and hotel accommodations for a trip for two to Hawaii.
