Communicado (News - Alert), the provider of the leading management as a service platform for converged and unified communications resellers, is exhibiting at the California Tech Showcase (CTS (News - Alert) 2008) being held in conjunction with the World Investment Conference in La Baule, France, today through June 6.
The event, hosted by EuroStart Capital Partners a San Francisco-based venture fund, was created as a platform for companies to launch and accelerate their business in Europe.
“CTS 2008 is an excellent venue for Communicado to meet with potential customers and strategic partners as we continue to penetrate the European marketplace with our converged communications solutions,” said Kerry Shih (News - Alert), founder and chief strategist of Communicado.
Communicado will present to 200 to 300 CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs from Europe's largest businesses and participate in one-on-one meetings with five of Europe’s largest telecommunication firms.
“With our pan-European distribution agreement with Logix Group (News - Alert), a leading e-business infrastructure solutions and services provider, we will continue to gain market acceptance of our Communicado Streamline Management as a Service Platform which helps businesses converge voice and video onto data networks without the associated IT management pain,” said Shih.
The event is taking place in conjunction with the World Investment Conference which features hundreds of corporate and political leaders from firms such as Sony, Freescale, EDF, Nokia, BT, Total, Siemens, as well as government officials and ministers from around Europe.
CTS 2008 sponsors include Dow Jones Venture Source, VLAB MIT (News - Alert)/Stanford Venture Lab, Europe+ Foundation, Nair & Co., Inc., NYSE Euronext Stock Exchange, the State of California and Avenir Finances.
