Singapore-based mobile VoIP software and solutions provider REVE Systems announced today that they are organizing a two day “VoIP Service Providers- Carriers Meet” in Singapore, from June 22-23, 2011.

This event, according to company officials, has been arranged to provide a platform for VoIP service providers and carriers to come together to interact and create new business opportunities.  Many renowned service providers and carriers are expected to attend this event, which is taking place at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, on the sidelines of CommunicAsia’ (News - Alert) 2011, a premier IT show in the region.

Company officials noted that up until now, about 80 VoIP service providers and carriers have confirmed participation and the list is expected to increase. Some of the initial carriers who have sent in confirmations include: Digital World Communication Ltd., Hong Kong; Mir Telecom, Bangladesh; Challenger Mobile, Sweden; Zamir Telecom, UK;  Aircel (News - Alert) Limited, India and AYAphone, Lebanon.

“We are expecting this event to be attended by more than 100 carriers & service providers. The event will provide the participants a platform for conducting business and network with other stakeholders from the VoIP industry. Attendees will get to fix one to one meetings with the carriers, who are expected to represent more than 30 countries,” M. Rezaul Hassan, CEO of REVE Systems said.

“Many of the participants will be REVE Systems existing customers and this is another way of adding value to our relationship with them” Hassan said.

REVE Systems currently services more than 1200 carriers across 65 countries, with their Mobile VoIP and Softswitch/ Billing suite of products.
