REVE Systems, a VoIP solutions provider, recently exhibited its solutions at India Telecom 2009, which was held in New Delhi, India from December 3-5 2009. The event, which occurs annually, is organized by FICCI in association with the Government of India.
During the event, the company’s mobile VoIP solutions were displayed including their so-called flagship product, “iTel Mobile Dialer Express.”
With REVE’s mobile VoIP solutions, service providers can offer a seamless VoIP experience to mobile consumers.
Recently, the company also launched iTel Switch Plus, an advanced retail VoIP platform that is targeted at retail VoIP service providers and large IP carriers and is based on the company’s proprietary technology.
Commenting on the company’s participation in the Indian marketplace, M. Rezaul Hassan, CEO of REVE Systems said, “We are looking to partner with Internet Service Providers, Internet Telephony (News - Alert) service providers and mobile companies in India, to offer mobile VoIP solutions to Indian consumers. We have already signed up with a leading ISP headquartered in Southern India and are in advanced talks with a few more.”
Recent research from In-Stat (News - Alert) notes that the mobile VoIP market will have more than 278 million registered users worldwide by 2013.
In-Stat’s report, “Mobile VoIP-Transforming the Future of Wireless Voice,” points to the fact that mobile VoIP offers the potential for unlimited voice calls for far less than traditional mobile voice plans.
