When First Tuesday in November (FTIN), a provider of technology for delivering votes on Election Day, needed to up the chances of their customers getting to the polls to vote, they turned to Vocalocity (News - Alert) for their Internet Phone service.

 

The combination of FTIN's real-time voter tracking information and a reliable phone system, VocalocityPBX, empowered political campaign staffers to call more potential voters and get them to the polls to vote. As a result, FTIN customers won 90 percent of the elections.

 

According to a customer success story, the implementation of the Vocalocity phone system helped to ensure that on Election Day, phone conversations were delivered in a timely manner to the right constituents.
