OPC Marketing, a provider of predictive dialer, auto dialer and hybrid dialer solutions, offers the software systems that businesses need to out perform their competition.
According to the company, their SpitFire offerings can effectively increase productivity by reducing the amount of time each agent must spend on each call and increasing the number of right contacts - so that each agent’s time is used to promote the activities of the center.
A new promotion on the company’s Web site lists a “Free Hybrid Dialer Upgrade” as their current Monthly Special.
The company’s SpitFire HYBRID Dialer is a computer-based dialing system that works to quickly and automatically place live outbound calls or broadcast pre-recorded messages.
The software uses a pre-loaded database list of numbers that are scrubbed against the “Do-not-call” Federal dataset.
A recent report from Forrester (News - Alert) Research, “Proactive Outbound Notification Saves Money,” notes that the outbound notification market is evolving to address new channels and consumer preferences.
In an interview with TMCnet, Erin Henochowicz, co-owner of OPC Marketing shared his thoughts on how the current economy and how 2009 will shape out: “While consumer debt continues to rise during the economic crisis, we expect to see a spike in the number of collection agencies and loan modification companies. As a result, these industries will require affordable predictive dialing technology and phone systems to efficiently contact debtors.”
