Wouldn’t it be amazing if businesses could get insight on corporate voice assets and usage? This enables organizations to define corporate or marketing messaging, and increase customer satisfaction. In order to provide rich reporting and analysis capabilities about ICM Usage Management, Avotus (News - Alert) has introduced a new version of its ICM “Usage Management” Solution that includes some significant enhancements.
Avotus is helping companies to transform their telecommunications spending. Avotus’ ICM UM version 8.31 offers key mobility, security and reporting enhancements that deliver visibility into an enterprise’s telecom assets and expense. It is an advanced Call Accounting tool that delivers organized, comprehensive and detailed reporting on an organization’s communications spend across wireline, wireless, VoIP and legacy platforms.
The new product includes an instant review of traffic and call-quality statistics, easy management of growing fleets of mobile and BYOD devices, complete compliance reporting, organized Call Detail Record (CDR) reporting for easier look-ups and cost allocation, accurate prediction of business costs and stronger corporate telecom security.
Among its offerings, Avotus “ICM UM 8.4 features include Cisco (News - Alert) AXL Gateway Retrieval, which captures reporting information more efficiently; Cisco 9.x CDR Support, which delivers support for the latest Cisco equipment; Avaya (News - Alert) Blue (CS1000) LD02 Native Traffic and Inventory, which allows a user to run statistics and reporting on their own time; Avaya Blue (CS1000) CPND Name Retrieval, which populates directories without costly, time-consuming data entry; and Avaya Blue (CS1000) DBA Compliance, which captures CDRs without requiring an external buffer box.
With ICM UM 8.4's customizable reports, telecom administrators can better track and manage communications expense across all corporate platforms, manage assets and better track business success.
“The newest version of our ICM UM product underscores our continued commitment to 'Usage Management' as a vital component of an overall TEM solution that supports a full range of demand management, security and compliance reporting functions," Avotus said in a statement. "These enhancements to our already industry-standard product set will help companies keep pace with the increasingly complex nature of telecom solutions and usage patterns, and the need for greater visibility and accountability.”
